Welcome to e4e.in. By accessing or using our multi-tenant school management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using e4e.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" — e4e.in school management ERP software
- "School" / "Tenant" — Your educational institution registered on our platform
- "Super Admin" — The school owner/principal with full dashboard control
- "Data" — All information entered by your school into the platform
3. Multi-Tenant Platform Usage
e4e.in is a multi-tenant platform. Each school receives:
- A dedicated, logically isolated database
- Unique encryption keys for data security
- Custom dashboard URL (your-school.e4e.in)
You are responsible for all activities under your school's account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
- 14-Day Free Trial: Full access, no credit card required
- After Trial: Choose monthly or annual subscription plan
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice
- Refunds: Prorated refunds for unused subscription period
- Pricing: Based on number of students. Contact sales for custom pricing
5. Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all data entered into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your school's data. Upon request, we provide complete data export in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF).
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to access other schools' data or bypass tenant isolation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the platform for spamming or harassment
- Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours (Sunday 2AM-4AM IST) with prior email notification.
8. Support
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST
- Response Time: Within 24 hours
- Channels: Email (help@e4e.in), Phone (+91 98017 40685)
- Priority Support: Available for annual subscribers
9. Limitation of Liability
e4e.in is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss caused by user error or force majeure
- Third-party service interruptions (SMS gateways, payment processors)
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
